Mike is the editor and staff reporter at Wednesday journal. He's also the founder, editor-in-chief, and publisher of Village Free Press, a local independent portal of information, news reporting, analysis, and story gathering for Proviso Township. Mike has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and creative writing from the University of Illinois, Urbana Champaign. He is also a Maywood native. A special episode because Mike is the first guest invited to the show.
"I would not take on a PR or communications job, especially if I had to give up what I'm doing now, for any amount of money, because it's not enough. I value my freedom more than $100,000." - Michael Romain.
