Are you feeling an overwhelming amount of burnout in your business? Are you experiencing symptoms in your work life that are carrying over and affecting your personal life? Today we are talking with Natalie Dean to address the five healthy steps to creating and sustaining healthy relationships with other women in business to overcome personal burnout.
Natalie Dean is a public relations professional and entrepreneur. For 15 years, she has built an extensive career in corporate, crisis, multicultural, and education public relations, working with national and global entities. Her entrepreneurial spirit and service are unmatched and evident in her community. In February 2011, Natalie launched Whine & Cheese, Inc., a national non-profit organization that creates safe spaces for women to whine about their stresses and cheese (smile) about their blessings. I can't wait for you to hear how phenomenal Natalie is!
"Society has glorified that we can only have day one friends, and if you weren't along for the ride from the beginning, you don't deserve to be on this journey. And that could not be further from the truth." - Natalie Dean
