In studying the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth by John Maxwell, John states and we agree that personal growth is the only vehicle by which individuals arrive at their full potential. To get where we want to be in life, personal development cannot be overlooked, postponed, or taken for granted.
So, with that in mind we must be intentional about our personal development, because growth doesn’t happen. Growth is not an automatic process. If we are going to grow we have to do it on purpose. Tune in for more.
