Have you had a servant's heart since a young age? Maybe your passion is serving others, but are you setting boundaries to protect your wellness? In this episode, I am chatting with my executive assistant, India Fordham, about her role as a phenomenal executive assistant and how she takes on her role each day while still protecting herself.
India Fordham is a virtual executive assistant who is dedicated, passionate, and determined in the work of her business. She seeks understanding in all aspects, is resourceful when faced with adversity, and desires to be an asset to others. She finds joy in the smallest things in life and is grateful for each day she has to fulfill her purpose.
Throughout her collegiate years and beyond, she led multiple projects in media, editing, publications, and development for organizations, internships, and programs. In addition to leading various projects, she has assisted individuals and teams in cultivating their business, coordinating schedules, and planning events in the entertainment, music, non-profit, and education industries.
When she is not assisting her clientele, India enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants. She believes in being a student of knowledge, so you can find her reading a new book, listening to a podcast, or researching a new topic of interest.

Counseling, Melanie has helped her clients identify poor coping skills, counterproductive behaviors, and unchallenged perspectives. She has combined research, training, certifications, and the best practices to work with clients holistically from a bio-psycho-social approach. She uses evidence-based training and theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Brief Therapy to assist clients in changing the course of their lives.

Her high-energy workout style blends dance (cardio) and strength training to enable clients to get the most out of every session. This unique style has made Iris T. When not training her clients, Iris T. London is also an entertainer. As a triple threat in the entertainment industry, she has entertained audiences for over two decades with her singing, acting, and dancing. Iris T. London's credits include the hit stage play Bronzeville – The Musical, Goin' Home Wit Duke, and a tribute to Nat King Cole. In addition, Iris has worked with creative geniuses and artists such as David E. Talbert and BeBe Winans. As a choreographer, Iris has worked with many great organizations, including Life Changers International Church and Life Line Church, where she was the choreographer for their Girls Night Out events and a fitness coach for Life Changers International Church Summer Kids Camp. Are you resisting obedience? Maybe you know what you need to do, but you keep trying to head in a different direction, just to be pushed back. In this episode, I am chatting with Tanya Baylor to discuss saying "yes" to yourself and understanding the true significance of that "yes."
She is a God-fearing woman who serves as a minister, motivational speaker, best-selling author, domestic violence advocate, mentor, and devoted mother. With excellence, she strives to live a life of a servant leader. She is active within her community and is often called upon to serve at various venues such as churches, youth events, domestic violence, and community outreach programs. She is also an active member of the National Association of Mothers and Daughters United Worldwide, where she has assisted with great passion with planning and developing programs and events for women and girls who have suffered traumatic experiences. In addition, she has served as lead editor and author for the I Am Her Story Project with over 70 authors who share their stories of tragedy to triumph, which reached national and international territories and made Amazon bestseller lists two years in a row. She is the eldest of six kids and has been a significant influence in the lives of her siblings and mother, and her greatest gift and ministry is her daughter. Along with all this, Tanya is a paralegal specialist for the United States federal government, where she has served for over 27 years. She graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an associate degree and legal assisting.
