Guilt is a human emotion that we’re all familiar with, right? But have you ever stopped to wonder why you experience guilt? What causes you to feel this way? Sometimes our guilt comes from blaming ourselves for things that are beyond our control or from years ago. So how can situations from decades ago cause havoc and guilt today?

- Even when things seem urgent in business, you always have the option of saying no or not right now
- Saying yes to lunch with a friend might mean saying no to a discovery call with a potential new client
- I've said it before and I'll say it again, no is a complete sentence
